China Blue Ocean 
 * Says formation of joint venture company with a subsidiary of Central 
Securities Co., Ltd. 
 * Says proposed registered capital of the jv company at time of establishment 
shall be RMB50 million 
 * Strategic cooperation agreement with Centaline Property Agency (Shenzhen) Co, 
Ltd. and Shenzhen City Huihan Guarantee Co Ltd 
 * Entered into strategic cooperation agreement with Hexun Information
