 * Says qianhai Flying Financial a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, 
   entered into the disposal agreement A 
 * Guangdong Flying commercial, entered into the disposal agreement B with the 
   purchaser 
 * Says agreement b at the total consideration of RMB23.2 million 
 * Says Flying investment, entered into the disposal agreement c with the 
   purchaser 
 * Says consideration of RMB53.8 million for agreement A 
 * Agreement c for total consideration of RMB8.4 million 
 * Estimated that group will recognise an unaudited gain of approximately RMB1.7 
   million 
 * Expected that proceeds from disposals would provide capital resources for 
   group
