** Co posts quarterly net loss of 6 cents per share compared to analysts' estimate of profit of 17 cents per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co also reports fourth-quarter product sales of $7.93 million, missing analysts' estimate of $16.72 million

** Up to last close, FENC has fallen 28.4% in the past 12 months
