U.S. stock index futures fell on Tuesday as disappointing earnings and forecasts
from bellwethers including Caterpillar, McDonald's and Pfizer set the tone for
the busiest earnings week this season, ahead of the outcome of the Federal
Reserve's rate-setting meeting.  .N 
    At 7:05 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.29% at 33,687. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.30% at 4,020.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
down 0.45% at 11,914.5.
