    Ferguson to acquire FloWorks from Wynnchurch Capital for $1.6 billion
    July 13 (Reuters) - Ferguson Enterprises FERG.N said on Monday it has agreed to acquire FloWorks from private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital in a deal valued at about $1.6 billion, strengthening its portfolio of industrial flow-control products and services.
