*79,509 shares of Common Stock were sold by Sezin Uzman, being the wife of and a person closely associated with Mesut Uzman.
The Company further announces that on 1 June 2026 the following awards of unlisted restricted stock units over Common Stock ("RSUs") and restricted Common Stock ("Restricted Stock"), in each case under the Company's 2025 Long Term Incentive Plan, were made at nil cost to PDMRs as listed below. The awards will be subject to forfeiture whilst they remain restricted. The RSUs and Restricted Stock will vest on the dates indicated in the footnotes to the following table.
