Adds new items, updates futures
July 7 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.23%.
* SHELL: Shell SHEL.L trimmed the second-quarter outlook for its integrated gas division output and liquefied natural gas production and guided for weaker trading results in a quarterly update published on Monday ahead of full results.
* RENOLD: Renold PLC RNO.L said that volume demand in early fiscal year 2026 has fallen below year-ago levels.
* FERREXPO: Ferrexpo FXPO.L reported a 40% sequential fall in its second-quarter iron ore production on Monday as a suspension of its VAT refunds in the country squeezed liquidity and forced it to reduce operations.
* HOUSING: British house prices stagnated month-on-month during June, as economists polled by Reuters had expected, figures from Halifax showed on Monday.
* OCTOPUS ENERGY: Octopus Energy is close to hiring bankers to oversee a 10 billion pounds ($13.65 billion) separation and stake sale of its technology arm Kraken Technologies, Sky News reported on Saturday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices slipped on Monday, gold prices dropped, and copper prices on the Shanghai Futures Exchange and London Metal Exchange fell.
