April 14 (Reuters) - Ferro SA  FROP.WA : 
    * Price in tender offer announced by Palmyra has been raised 
to 11.3 zlotys ($2.97) per share from 10.5 zlotys per share, 
offeror informed in statement issued on Thursday 
    * Palmyra announced tender offer for all Ferro's shares in

    * In Feb. Ferro management board  said that the tender offer 
is consistent with the interests of the company but the price of 
10.5 zloty per share does not reflect the fair value of the
