** Shares of Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) FCTL.NS gain 5.1% to 994.2 rupees

** Co posts Q1 consol adjusted profit of 70.8 mln rupees ($808,923.75) vs loss of 725.9 mln rupees a year ago; rev from ops grew nearly 74%

** Stock was trading lower ahead of results

** Stock up about 2% year-to-date
