Sept 11 (Reuters) - Tonic maker Fevertree Drinks FEVR.L reported a 15% fall in first-half pretax profit on Thursday, dragged by weak UK sales to bars and restaurants and lower U.S. margins partly due to sharing earnings with partner Molson Coors.
