2016 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, has posted its 2016 Annual Report and Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting, together with a proxy form, to all shareholders.
The 2016 Annual Report is now available to view on the Company's website atwww.fever-tree.com/corporate.
The Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am on 15 May 2017 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.

Based in the UK, the brand was launched in 2005 to provide high quality mixers which could cater to the growing demand for premium spirits, in particular gin, but also increasingly for vodka, rum and whisky. The Company now sells a range of carbonated mixers to hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes ("On-Trade") as well as selected retail outlets ("Off-Trade"). Approximately 56 per cent of the Group's sales were derived from outside of the UK in financial year 2016, with key overseas markets in the US and Europe.
