Block Admission Application

 

The Company announces that a block admission application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p
each in connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

 

The Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with
the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the Shares is
expected to take place on 22 December 2022.
