Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ('PDMR')
Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers,
announces that today, 30 January 2025, the following PDMRs purchased ordinary
shares in the Company, each via the London Stock Exchange:
- Domenic De Lorenzo, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 8,872 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of £7.85 per share;
- Andy Branchflower, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director,
purchased 31,688 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £7.85 per
share; and
- Kevin Havelock, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased
122,492 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £7.71 per
share.
