Retirement of Chair of the Board

 

Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers,
announces that Bill Ronald has informed the Board of his intention to retire
from his role as Chairman and to step down from the Board at the time of the
AGM in May 2023. Bill was appointed to the Board as Chairman in June 2013
ahead of the Company's IPO in November 2014.

The Nomination Committee, led by Coline McConville, Senior Independent
Director, will initiate a process to identify and appoint his successor and a
further announcement will be made in due course. Bill will remain in his
position until the AGM in 2023 to facilitate effective succession planning.

Tim Warrillow, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, commented: "On behalf

to Fever-Tree over the past nine years in which time he has made a real and
lasting contribution to our success. I have always greatly appreciated his
passion for the business and his unwavering good nature and whilst I look
