Jan 29 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.2%.

* LLOYDS: Lloyds Banking LLOY.L said its annual
profit
 rose 12%, beating expectations.

* EASYJET: EasyJet EZJ.L
posted
 a wider first-quarter loss as it absorbed costs from a strategic expansion into Italian airports.

* SAGA: Saga SAGA.L
forecast
 higher annual underlying profit, an improvement from its half-year guidance.

* ST JAMES'S PLACE: St James's Place SJP.L
reported
 higher 2025 inflows.

* CANAL+: Canal+ CAN.L said it
expects
 to deliver over 400 million euros in annual cost synergies and over 300 million euros in free cash flow synergies from 2030.

* ANTOFAGASTA: Antofagasta ANTO.L
reported
 a modest 1.6% drop in its 2025 copper production to 653,700 metric tons, below its guidance.

said
