Fielmann slumps as halved dividend 'far below all expectations'

** Shares in Fielmann  FIEG.DE  drop 5%, set for worst day
in three months, after proposal to halve dividend disappoints 
    ** Baader Helvea says that, even if FY results met
expectations, dividend is "far below all expectations"
    ** The broker says dividend remains below its estimates of
EUR 1.10 as well as below market consensus of EUR 1.23 per share
    ** The company says it plans to propose a dividend of EUR
0.75 per share for FY 2022, compared to EUR 1.50 a year earlier
