German stocks - Factors to watch on July 14

BERLIN/FRANKFURT, July 14 (Reuters) - The following are some
of the factors that may move German stocks on Thursday:
    
    UKRAINE CRISIS
    Ukraine, the United Nations and Turkey hail progress at
talks in Istanbul that aim to resume Black Sea grain exports
blocked by Russia and ease the risk of starvation faced by
millions, but an end to the war remains far off as heavy
shelling continued.
    
    RUSSIAN GAS
    Kremlin-controlled energy giant Gazprom  GAZP.MM  said on
Wednesday it could not guarantee the safe operation of a
critical part of the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline because of doubt
over the return of a turbine from Canada.
    
    DEUTSCHE TELEKOM  DTEGn.DE 
    Deutsche Telekom will sell 51% of its tower business to a
consortium of Canada's Brookfield and private equity group
DigitalBridge after they placed a surprise bid, Handelsblatt

    FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE  FMEG.DE 
    The United States has joined a whistleblower lawsuit
accusing a unit of Germany's Fresenius Medical Care of

    German automaker Mercedes-Benz Group is set to start the
assembly of its first electric bus in Brazil between November
