PRAGUE, Aug 25 (Reuters) - ** Germany's Fielmann
FIEG.DE , one of the world's largest makers of glasses, will
build a new factory in the Czech Republic for 1.8 billion crowns
($73.24 million), where it will employ 700 people, daily paper
