Feb 22 (Reuters) - Fiera Milano SpA FIMI.MI :
* Signs agreement to sell 75 percent of equity interest of
its Chinese subsidiary, Worldex Fiera Milano Exhibitions
(Guangzhou), to SingEx Exhibitions Pte
* Transaction price is 2.8 million euros ($2.94 million)
plus earn out payments of up to 1.0 million euro depending on
the results achieved in the three-year period 2017-2019
