Jan 30 (Reuters) - Fiera Milano SpA FIMI.MI :
* Said on Friday that the tribunal of Milan rejected the
request of the public prosecutor's office to modify the measure
of prevention of the legal administration "through the full
control of the administrative bodies"
* Tribunal decided that the executive and managerial
functions will remain upon the board of directors
* Tribunal has simultaneously granted to the legal
administrator powers referred to all areas of intervention of
the company
