** Co is banking on generative AI to compete with rival Adobe ADBE.O and bets on acquisitions to bolster its business

** Co posts Q4 revenue of $303.8 mln, beating estimates of $293.2 mln; adj. EPS of 8 cents, compared with estimates of 7 cents, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Three out of 11 analysts rate stock "buy" or higher, eight rate it "hold"; median PT at $42

** As of last close, FIG stock fell 35.2% YTD
