       Jan 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2030 GMT on Friday:
    
    ** Lufthansa  LHAG.DE  finalised its acquisition of a 41%
stake in Italian state-owned airline ITA after European
antitrust remedies were put in place, it said, in a deal
designed to boost the carrier's presence in the lucrative

    ** Recordati  RECI.MI  and its top shareholder CVC Capital
Partners denied any plans to combine the Italian drugmaker with

    ** Southlake Financial Group has completed the acquisition
of Las Vegas-based property and casualty insurer Nevada General
Insurance Company from Western National Mutual Insurance

    ** The investment arm of Italian insurer Generali has penned
a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in US private

    ** Societe Generale  SOGN.PA , France's third-biggest listed
lender, has agreed to sell its subsidiary in Mauritania to a
consortium led by asset manager Enko Capital, according to a
statement sent to Reuters.

    ** Australia's Insignia Financial  IFL.AX  said it has
received a revised offer from U.S.-based CC Capital Partners to
acquire the money manager for A$3.07 billion ($1.91 billion).

    ** Figs  FIGS.N  said on Thursday it has rebuffed private
equity firm Story3 Capital Partners' offer to acquire the scrubs
maker.
