    Italy's government on Monday approved a decree pushing back
with immediate effect a nightly coronavirus curfew to 11 p.m.
from 10 p.m. and easing other curbs in the regions where

    Italy reported 140 coronavirus-related deaths on Monday
against 93 the day before, the health ministry said, while the
daily tally of new infections fell to 3,455 from 5,753.

    Italy's Treasury said on Monday it will kick off the planned
repurchase agreements (Repo) project on May 24 in a move meant

    Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's family has
sold its 2% stake in Mediobanca MDBI.MI, in the latest change
affecting the shareholder base of Italy's top investment bank.

    Releases Q1 results (0530 GMT), followed by conference call

    STELLANTIS  STLA.MI 
    The world's fourth largest carmaker and Foxconn said they
plan to announce a strategic partnership on Tuesday, adding to a
string of such deals by the Taiwanese iPhone assembler.
    They will hold a call on Tuesday to present the partnership,
with Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares and Foxconn Chairman Young

    French construction group Bouygues and its broadcasting unit
TF1 plan to buy 30% of the shares of TV group M6 being sold by

    Investindustrial starts takeover bid on Guala Closures
shares; ends on June 7.
    The board of the Italian bottle cap maker on Monday said the
