Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Fiinu, a fintech group, creator of the Plugin Overdraft®, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("2025 Annual Report"), the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and details of voting by proxy will today be posted to shareholders of the Company who have not consented to receive electronic communications. The 2025 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are also available for download from the Company's website at: www.fiinu.com.
Notice of AGM
The AGM is to be held on Friday 24 July 2026 at 11.00am at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG and will consider the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.
Shareholders may attend in person or exercise their right to vote by submitting their proxy vote electronically via www.shareregistrars.uk.com or by sending the Form of Proxy to Share Registrars Limited to arrive by no later than 11.00am on Wednesday 22 July 2026.
