Share Purchases by Employee Benefit Trust

 

Fiinu plc (AIM: BANK) announces that, further to its announcements on 17 and
21 November 2025, it has been informed by Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited (the
"Trustee"), which administers the Fiinu Group plc Employee Benefit Trust
("EBT"), that it has made further market purchases (the "Market Purchases") of
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for the benefit
of the EBT, and to satisfy the future vesting of awards under the Company's
share incentive schemes.

 

The Trustee purchased 1,108,108 Ordinary Shares at prices between 8.75p -
9.25p per Ordinary Shares and completed the full order on 14 January 2026.
Market Purchases may continue, subject to the independent Trustee's absolute
discretion in respect of trading decisions, in consultation with its broker,
to satisfy future requirements under the EBT.
