    - Cassava Sciences  SAVA.O  said CEO Remi Barbier has
resigned and the biotech firm named Richard Barry as interim
chief executive, weeks after a medical professor linked to the
company was charged with fraud.
    
    - Frontier Airlines briefly grounded all flights amid a
major outage in Microsoft  MSFT.O  networks, which also knocked
out some computer systems at low-cost carriers Allegiant Air and
Sun Country Airlines.
    
    - Meta  META.O  is in discussions to take a minority stake
in EssilorLuxottica, the European eyewear conglomerate, in a
move that could further tie together two companies that have
worked on a line of augmented reality glasses.
    
    - A U.S. federal appeals court temporarily blocked the Biden
administration's new student loan repayment plan, in a move that
could negatively impact for the eight million borrowers enrolled
in the program.
