** Shares of Filatex India Ltd  FLTX.NS  rise as much as 4.92% to 102.35
rupees, their biggest intraday pct gain since Sept 14 
    ** The textile co on Monday commissioned its project for debottlenecking a
melt capacity of 50 MT per day and manufacturing lines of 120 MT per day at its

    ** More than 134,266 shares change hands, as of 0555 GMT, vs a 30-day avg of
296,377 shares
    ** As of last close, FLTX stock up 0.57% YTD
