Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of advanced RF solutions for the space, aerospace and defence, and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that Michael Tyerman, Chief Financial Officer, has today sold 240,631 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 205p per share. Following the sale, Michael continues to hold a beneficial interest in 250,000 Ordinary Shares as well as options over a total of 1,370,012 Ordinary Shares which are scheduled to vest in calendar year 2026 if the performance conditions are met at the vesting date.

 

The Company also announces that Peter Magowan, Non-Executive Director, today sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 205p per share. Following this sale, Peter remains interested in 650,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
