Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of advanced RF solutions for the space, aerospace and defence, and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that John Behrendt, Non-Executive Director, has today sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 278.11p per share. Following the sale, John continues to hold a beneficial interest in 170,000 Ordinary Shares.
