Holdings in Company

 

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for
the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and space market, announces
that on 7 March the Company received notification that Mr M.H. and Mrs D.M.
Dixon hold 52,000,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing
24.17 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
