Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for
the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and space market, announces
that on 19 May the Company received notification that Mr M.H. and Mrs D.M.
Dixon hold 41,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company,
representing 19.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
