Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for
the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces
that on 15 January 2025 the Company received notification that Mr M.H. and Mrs
D.M. Dixon hold 24,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company,
representing 11.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
