Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
2023

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products and
sub-systems for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and space
markets, announces that the Company will today post the Annual Report and
Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2023 and the notice of Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") 2023 to those shareholders who have requested paper
copies.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 26 October 2023 at 11.00am at Plexus
