Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
2025

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for
the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces
that the Company will today post the Annual Report and Accounts for the
financial year ended 31 May 2025 and the notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM") 2025 to those shareholders who have requested paper copies.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 30 October 2025 at 11.00am at Plexus
