RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of advanced RF
solutions for the space, aerospace and defence, and telecoms infrastructure
markets, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.
