** Co reports HY adj EBITDA of 5.1 million pounds ($6.99 million), down from 8.7 million pounds as it makes investments in high‑growth markets

** FTC's half year operating profit also dropped to 2.6 mln pounds from 6.8 mln pounds

** YTD, stock up 0.6%
