** The property developer launches its A$115 million ($74.73 million) Riverbank Residences project, with over 70% slots sold for A$85 million

** About 257,130 shares change hands, 1.5x times the 30-day avg of 173,548 shares

** Stock down 13.1% YTD, including the session's moves
