ROME, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri FCT.MI said on Tuesday revenues would be up 40% in its new five year plan to 2030 and core profits would rise 90% in the period, as it focuses on defense and the underwater businesses.
In its new strategy, dubbed "F4 Fast Forward Further Future" and expected to be detailed in the first months of next year, the group sees more than 50 billion euros ($58.79 billion) of new orders, with new defence contracts expected in 2026.
