 * Connected transaction disposal of a subsidiary  8317.HK  
 * The purchaser and Finet Group Limited the ``company'') entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * Purchaser agreed to acquire and the company has conditionally agreed to dispose of the sale shares of the target company 
 * Says deal for hk$5 million 
 * The gain, before transaction costs, arising from the disposal is estimated to be approximately hk$200,000
