Directorate Change

 

Finseta plc announces that Judy Happe, the Company's Chief Financial Officer,
has decided to leave the business. Having led the Company through the IPO, and
its early growth, to the opening of offices in Canada and Dubai, she will step
down from the Board to pursue other opportunities. Judy has a six month
notice period and has agreed with the Board that she will step down as a
Director of the Company with effect from today but will continue to work with
the Group until such time as a successor is appointed, to ensure an orderly
handover of responsibilities.

 

The Board has made progress with a search for her successor and a further
announcement will be made in due course.

 

James Hickman, Chief Executive Officer, said:

Finseta. She has been a key member of the leadership team and has helped
navigate the business through an important phase of its growth. Everyone at
