Result of AGM

 

Finseta plc (AIM: FIN), a foreign exchange and payments solutions company
offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals through its
proprietary technology platform, announces that at the annual general meeting
("AGM") of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

Details of the proxy voting results, which should be read alongside the Notice
of AGM, are below:
