 * Fin-discloseable transaction: acquisition of 5% interest of the target

 * Says purchaser, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the 
   vendor entered into the sp agreement 
 * Deal for the consideration of hk$24.3 million 
 * Pursuant to agreement vendor has conditionally agreed to sell the sale 
   shares, representing 5% of issued share capital in target
