Jan 12 (Reuters) - Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Ltd  8018.HK : 
 * Sky view, the target, the founder and the non- founder shareholder entered into the mou 
 * Mou in relation to proposed subscription by sky view of up to 22 million preferred shares of the target 
 * Says group will finance the payment of the earnest money by its internal resources 
 * Pursuant to mou, sky view shall pay a sum of US$2 million to the target as earnest money of the potential transaction 
 * Sky view proposes to invest up to US$10 million in aggregate to subscribe for the subject shares
