Fintel plc, a leading independent provider of fintech and support services to the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that the Company has been notified that Joint Chief Executive Officer Neil Stevens and a person closely associated with him have purchased in aggregate 60,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares").

Following these purchases, Neil Stevens (together with persons closely associated with him) is interested in 2,965,000 Shares representing 2.85% of the total Shares in issue.
