Appointment of Peel Hunt plc as Joint Broker to underpin future accelerated
growth

Fintel plc (AIM: FNTL), a leading provider of software and services to the UK
retail financial services sector, today announces that it has appointed Peel
Hunt plc as Joint Broker to the business (the "Appointment").  Peel Hunt will
work alongside Zeus Capital in support of the business. As a result of this
appointment, Investec will cease to be a broker to the Company with immediate
effect.
