Director / PDMR Dealing

Fintel plc, the leading independent provider of fintech and support services
to the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that it
has been notified that Matt Timmins, Neil Stevens and David Thompson, each of
whom are directors of the Company (the "Directors") have purchased, in
aggregate, 53,476 ordinary shares in the Company as listed below. In addition,
Austin Timmins (a person closely associated with a PDMR) has purchased 2,000
ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, the Directors have a resulting interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company as listed below.
