Fintel plc, a leading independent provider of fintech and support services to
the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that the
Company has been notified that the Directors of the Company named below and a
person closely associated with one of those Directors have purchased ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") as listed below. The
resulting interests of each of the Directors named below in the ordinary
shares of the Company are also listed below.
