Fintel plc, a leading independent provider of fintech and support services to
the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that the
Company has been notified that Ken Davy, Non-Executive Director and a person
closely associated with Matt Timmins, Joint Chief Executive Officer, have
purchased in aggregate 114,401 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
("Shares") as listed below.

Following these purchases, the resulting interests of each of the directors of
the Company named above in the Shares of the Company are as listed below.
