the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that the
Company has been notified that Non-Executive Director Ken Davy has purchased
25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares").

Following this purchase, Ken Davy is interested in 24,881,476 Shares
representing 23.88% of the total Shares in issue.
