Australia's LCL Resources rises on environmental approval for Colombia gold deposit

** Shares of LCL Resources Ltd  LCL.AX  rise as much as 3.6%
to A$0.029, their highest level since Oct 3
    ** LCL on track for a second straight day of gains, if trend
holds
    ** More than 1.6 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average of 550,280 shares
    ** Co says it received critical environmental licence for
the Miraflores deposit at Quinchia gold project in Colombia
    ** Adds that it successfully started process of securing
consent from the remaining 10 private landowners
    ** LCL stock down 51% this year, as of last close
